Inventory ServicesWe offer a unique and comprehensive inventory service throughout London and the Greater London area, whether you require a full inventory of your property and contents (Inventory Report or Inventory make), or a Check-in report or Check-out report at the beginning or end of a tenancy. Our inventory services include the preparation of the three key documents in the lettings process: • The Inventory (Inventory Report)• Check-in report• Check-out report(Interim reports are also available if required) To see examples of the quality of our reports, click hereIn addition to rigorous detail, giving you a report which is both legal and impartial, as standard we offer: • A comprehensive service: clear and extensive inventory reports which include photographs at check in and check out, where appropriate, which can save you money, time and effort spent on dilapidation claims. • A secure service - we use Adobe Acrobat to create PDF document files, which can be viewed, but not modified, ensuring that disputes are avoided. • A flexible service - we are able to undertake inventories at week-ends and often at short notice within the Greater London area (anywhere within the M25), Surrey and Kent. • A rapid response service - we can email reports within 24 hours, if desired.
